Treating Networks like a work of Art
Who am I?
I am an IT professional that specializes in Networking and Security. I graduated with my Associates in Networking in 2025 and am currently working as a Field technician. I am always looking to push myself and learn more about the world. IT is a bottomless pit of information; So, I am always digging for new tools to solve real world problems. I treat IT as my form of creative expression, and try to make what I build Performative in practice. But elegant in documentation.
My Story
I discovered computers at a young age. I loved video games and wanted a better experience. This lead me to build my first gaming PC, which lead to an obsession with hardware. My local community took notice and I started getting calls to fix PC's and Laptops. While working with various devices I slowly developed a knack for other IT disciplines. Like Networking and Security.
I ended up going to college for Computer Networking Technology, where I developed the foundational skills in IT. I fell in love with this field through competing in Cyber Defense Competitions, Building out Enterprise Networks, Automating Active Directory Deployments along with many other projects.
What I do
As a Field Technician I Install and configure Networking equipment, troubleshoot WAN outages, Manage Inventory, and resolve end user issues. Once I clock out I'm an avid HomeLabber and Teacher. I write Documentation and produce content that others can use to learn concepts or build systems.
